    The party was elected under a different leader by the German citizens (the term Nazi wasn't bad then until what Hitler did) then Hitler took power and there wasn't another democratic election by the German citizens with Hitler as the leader since he turn Germany from a democratic to dictatorship country and killed his opposition.
