Some gooru/goofball on this forum pointed all this out yonks ago!
Court is unlikely to require all such directors to independently do an audit before signging off. If they were so required why do we have an auditor at all becomes the question....... This is also why the class action lawyers significantly stuffed up in initially leaving the auditors out of their action. Egg on face for them.
