Do you honestly think the current successfull airlines would want to give Qantas a hand on how to erode their own success
Of course not! But its not too hard to see what others do. Just reading one of Richard Branson's books would work wonders for A Joyce. His books are practically a success manual.
Even a casual look through 'How to win friends and influence people' would help. There does not seem to be any culture of loyalty at Qantas. There is nothing like good morale to entice customers.
As I mentioned elsewhere, Qantas poor service on several local monopoly routes has upset so many people that they put pressure on their local member to the point where the government has announced an enquiry. Why has it comes to this? Its just all wrong.
