    Kloppers @ BHP has stated that he is only interested in 'Tier 1 Assets' (whatever that means). Apparently OZL assets are not considered Tier 1. I admire your optimism but sadly, I think it is unfounded. Take the 82.5c and be happy. Close the door on OZL and don't look back. Use the money to invest in a decent company in a safe industry (CBA, WBC)
