Maybe Obama could do the same deal as China---NO CUTS till 2030----40 new coal power station p/y for the next 16 yrs.China will increase the wealth they already have producing on cheap power--will the West worry about WORD-SPEAK &CLEANER AIR.Mean-time the worlds 3 biggest polluter`s DO NOTHING for 16 yrs---India,China,USA !! Why do the LEFT sound good --then act different.Similar to Rudd--looking after the POOR---STRIPPED A $100 of single moms---then increase his OWN RORTS..do the LEFT think people are still that STUPID---maybe only in Victoria--we will see !!
