What you are suggesting is actually illegal. Fact is us SI/PIs wont receive a term sheet (or any other information concerning a likely CR) within a tradable market. As professionals, its just not worth the technical or reputational risk. At best, the first ones would have had a heads-up only after trading closed yesterday. Its only a small CR, so wont need any more than 48 hrs max to get signed acceptance forms back in. Most are usually in within 30 hours. The broker rallies and tallies; always a couple of stragglers but broker rep gets bashed a bit if they cant sign them up within the time period.
Its done.
