Okay just had a look into JPR. They do indeed have 100mmbls of proven oil but if you look at the JPR HC thread you'll get a good feel for why the SP is so low. You also should take note of page 8 of this broker report (On PVD but shows the Morocco govt take compared to other countries):
Kazakhstan have a 90% govt take whereas Morocco is a mere 35%. I don't think I am going to bother digging into it anymore than that as that alone is enough for me to see why they're priced at where they are.
That chart shows you exactly why the majors are now jumping into Morocco though. All it takes is one big oil find and the region will be very sought after.. Here's hoping the Cajun Express can give us some luck over the next few months!
