How is that way off? if anything you've just said PVD should be valued MORE then TPT/jka
1.6b net vs 150m net just for Morocco and they get 2 uncapped drills.
PVD and TPT Morocco are neck and neck, both have gov approval, both are yet to book a rig.
talking about project timelines is a moot point, HW wont be anywhere near production until late 2015 at the very very earliest, and that's if it proves commercial, somaliland is 2015 for a drill too, Tanzania is many years of drilling.
JPR if you watch the oil barrel conferences, they currently make 40 bucks a barrel profit, once they leave the trial period they can sell on the export market and make more.
