You have added a lot of very valuable information to this discussion but I think some of your post above attempting to value the joint company post (possible) Moroccan failure is incorrect.

Could you explain how you got to the $28m in cash (not because I think you are wrong but because I would like to know the sources of the cash).

I'd be interested to know if you subtracted JKA sourced cash in that $28m from the current market cap of JKA what the current value of the JKA assets are seen to be?
