I agree about Bitcoin, it was not a perfect example. But back on EVs...do you even own one? How are you so sure it will be 'global', 'widespread' and 'mainstream'?
Ubiquitous widespread and very much mainstream @Brakes actual timing is a bit of an unknown, however China are setting the pace. I have been travelling to China since the 70's and maintained business relation to this day. I travel around a fair bit so get to see things close up, Europe and North America will not be far behind. The transfer and storage of energy is set on an irreversible change to electric and all that goes with that. Been a bit like moving an elephant, but once it moves it picks up the exponential, sure markets adapt to fill voids based on supply/demand but early movers can make good money. I took a while deciding on a Cobalt, was all over the world to be honest and ended up in my own back yard, have my position now so happy to share what I see as very positive with this stock, I am in this longer term or that's my expectation.
