    100% EV by 2030 is a wish of the german gouvernment and required especially by the opposion green-party "bündnis90/die grünen". forced by the eu to reduce the co2 emissions to 40% of the emissions of 1990.

    there won't be a 100% ev by 2030, it'll be a mix of ce & ev mobiles that in summary will fullfill the eu requirements.
