2/accounting of profits over period 2004 till precent...But there are'nt any!!! so probably go with 1/
3/Only now we here about capital gain, which Chm "Want" to contend..But even so capital gain if allowed is going to be chm contribution of around total $400k (both ammounts claimed)..plus the other 800k cash in purchase plus shares plus all development costs.....chm's % then less than 1 % value of project (to be determined) maybe 800 mill...less all development expenditure (about250 Mill) gives CG of around 500 mill..chm % will be less than 5 Mill.... whichever way you cut it...its going to be A/ $600,000 or thereabouts..or If Capital gain accepted..And Thats A Big "IF" B/ Around $5 mill, Either way chm finished..Dead..Buried.!!!! Can I be any more clear....!
