i don't think there is anything controversial in that part of what i said
if you read the judgement or the short explanation fo the public
then chm is entitled to either an account of income (a small percentage)
or "alternatively" an account of profits (24%) and the judge remarks that both figures may end up being "similar".
Anyway no use arguing because we dont get to influence the outcome, we will see.
