Yes, there are contradictions regarding faith vs works. The problem on this forum is trying to justify either position while ignoring the contradiction or providing an illogical and also contradictory explanation. There is a better explanation of the contradiction from a Christian Biblical point of view. Did the position change when Christ died on the cross?
