Both milne4078 & voltan make very valid points...any dealings with the Chinese won’t come without risk.
I know of a few examples where IP was shamelessly ripped off by interested Chinese parties during courtship.
Fortunately Tim Harris has spent a number of years working for other companies within China so he won’t be easily fooled.
I’m very content with Thailand ramping to at least break even CF until a large Telco decides they can’t live without us.
