All of those transactions are at 0.002. That 3.38 trade of 20mil also contained all those other trades adding up to 50mil.

the bid at the time was at 0.002. So it was one seller and multiple buyers.

If it was a buy rather than a dump, the trade would have gone through at 0.0025 or 0.003.

Large dumps happen for plenty of reasons, perhaps they needed the money, perhaps they were happy with 100% profit, or perhaps there is some not so good news coming. The fact that it was 50mil is a bit more worrying because only the t20 has that many shares and the assumptiom is that they stay in touch with the company to make informed decisions about their investment. We'll just need to wait and see.
