It can't be a buy if the bid is at 0.002 and the trade occurred at 0.002. Someone dumped into the bid, there happened to be a 20mil buyer sitting there who got their fill, but the rest of the 30mil went to separate buyers, hence the separate trades.
To be a true buy up, it would have had to occur at the offer i.e. 0.0025 or 0.003.
Don't get me wrong, a 20mil bidder sitting in there is a good thing, but a 50mil dumper isn't (unless someone knows the reason they're dumping)
