    Definitely worthwhile keeping a close watch on what is happening in the M&A world and the PDY scenario below may well play out with HAW / LCY.

    We also know HAW is in discussion with other parties. Otherwise they would not be acting in shareholders best interests if they were only exclusively discussing terms with LCY.
