    What comes first,drilling or mining?

Well obviously the drilling does but QMN has done a large drilling campaign in the last dry season and now find themselves in a unique position. Most leases are proven and will be increased one would hope in time but that's not urgent right now. It's not the be all and end all, cash flow is.We need to show the market we are cashed up and cash flow by toll milling is almost instant.

So why aren't QMN drilling now?Why would they until these negotiations mentioned below are done and we share the load.My personnel view is that third party toll milling will be fast tracked.I believe were closer than we think. We have an operations manager and stock pile already on the ground,so toll milling is a certainty i think in the immediate future for much needed cash flow, until the JVs are done and maybe they inject cash into QMN as revealed in the last Qrtly.Note in the last sentence in the bottom paragraph,Other arrangements. What's that mean??

The Company considers that the best way to advance this group of leases is to share the exploration and mine development risk with joint venture partners.Discussions with prospective partners continued during the quarter, particularly in relation to the south of Cloncurry leases where third parties have ground that is contiguous with known mineralization held by the Company.

During the quarter the Company engaged in discussion with such regional players and continues to investigate possible joint venture, toll treatment and other arrangements to fast track production.
