Possibly Space X Musk does want a constellation of 4,425 satellites in non-geostationary orbit. But seeing as this project could be over 5 years away and The constellations could cost at least 6 billion dollars, with costs growing as each project scales up we could be in a position to make Musks dream of creating a space internet come true. I'm sure he'd take voice, instant messaging and data services over nothing. For the cost of what it will take to deploy our concellation imagine being able to scale up exponentially in the next few years with funding from Musk!
I might be dreaming but dreams do become a reality!
