Was Hopper fooled.
Considering he has failed to announce any concerns with previous deals along with him signing a second deal with Mitsubishi so one can not defend him by saying he was fooled.
His failure to improve share holder communications and shareholder confidence two of his main actions just shows his words mean nothing
