The deal was not ever going to be a company maker, Suda would have given away somewhere between 30 to 50% of the company and $9.9m to boot, so how you can say this would have made the company is beyond me.
Chasing such a deal was foolish, a waste of time, time which should have been better spent progressing current deals.
