But as you and I both know Dex what is important is to have an eating regime once you're over fifty yo. To have successfully dieted during this time teaches you how food groups and exercise work within you lifestyle.
Looks like most of us will have a rather long lifespan so the quality of that life becomes very apparent about now. And there's really so much we can happily eat now days if you use a little imagination and read food packaging carefully.
We can eat well as we live longer. Not a bad state of affairs really.
