Unfortunately a high exercise regime in a weight control can quickly turn upside down with injury.
If you exercise strenuously you feel on top of the world but should you have to stop for a lengthy period of time you have a problem. Been there, done that. Also being able to have such a wide variety of choices is great until your situation changes.
But knowing your body is paramount and like a boss you can be easy and hard on yourself. It's a matter of self discipline.
However there's nothing quite like the feeling of being 'fit', is there? Sort of makes it all worthwhile.
