    What constitutes a diet?......

    I guess not doing what I just did! Ate healthy all day then just had a light dinner but finished up with 3 (!!!) chocolate cream cupcakes Made them for hubby to take away with him and these 3 lonely souls didn't fit in the tin!

    Exercise and healthy eating certainly the key. You obviously have good discipline. Rewarding yourself ✨ is a good way to go. My best effort at losing weight was when I was going to NY and knew it could end up being a disaster in the weight area. Exercised, ate very healthily and reduced portion sizes....lost 15 kgs before going (over 6 months). That was in 2013...have kept it off but creep up a few kgs every now and then. If I go up near 3 kgs I go into diet mode (attempt to anyway) as I know how hard it is to lose it.

    Anyway, well done...
