Saleable product. LOL. No, seriously I can't emphasise that point enough. I have seen so many of these studies that have great engineering designs and huge books of estimates. Still have to be able to recover and sell the product. That's where i will be looking. Renison makes money now and i hope this one has learned a few lessons from the complexity of that project.
