i think there is some issues with the amount of time and money...

i think there is some issues with the amount of time and money it would of taken to orgainise a SPP.. because of the added cost of prospectus etc.. also not all holders will take up their full allotment etc.. at the end of the day the company is well run and im sure they have their reasons... would if of liked some more ago at 2 bucks.. you betcha am i disappointed i didnt get any.. no... its life... can always buy on market.. tho with the good news lately it seems unlikely (but not impossible) that it will drift back there....
