How would a Brickworks TO look?
If it happens at a 5c SP it would likely be at a x 5 per share or .25c per share offer. Judging by comments on HC over the years that would clear nearly everyone's buy in costs ... with most well in the green
Should this occur do the Pivacs have enough shares to block ... would they want to considering Mark would get over $100 million for his parcel and Mike over $35 million for his.
I hope the strategy is to issue part of the 15% shares... although diluting us all .... then take on more loan shares which would go to a vote in the AGM in November and block BWK from a pre mature offer.
Ideally WB does a WaaS deal for Europe and takes an equity stake for part of the 15% placement... thus creating the ideal environment for a bid war with BKW
I would stand to gain over $2 million if a .25c offer was on the table but my gut has told me for the past 17 years of shareholding in Mark Pivac that a $1 SP is peanuts compared to what it'll be eventually worth.
I'll be voting yes to all at the EGM.
