an oil refinery could be worth 25% of the kwanzaleases??? ,the angolans know exactly what theyve got and there dangling the carrot,who wouldnt,without what many see as the main ingredient,kwanza onshore,it could be a long wait for serious upward sp movement. something smells fishy here...
