The trading halt seems to be related to the 1/2 yr report. If so, the delay is most likely to be due to an audit 'please explain'. It does not seem likely that a t/o or mbo could be proposed before the results are out.
Alternatively, there might not be any interim dividends :)
What is shocking is the company's complete disregard for the shareholders. 1 week of keeping everyone in suspense. If the company really goes under, how can it explain the announcement from 2 weeks ago on the lines of - "we do not know why the share price is falling". What could have happened in only 2 weeks that turned the whole thing upside down. Or is it some sort of smoke and mirrors game the bring the SP down and get the company dirt cheap?
Anyway, I cannot help the sinking feeling ...
