This is not trying to put a negative spin on this stock, but after the 30th of June announcement one should be very positive about OPL and NEO.
So why is the price not reflecting this?
What negative news could be forthcoming?
Production delayed, due to delays with authority dealings or pipeline construction not happening this or next month?
If above would be the case, funding will become a crucial issue.
Institutions like certainty, before they will have a feed.
Untill then you have the choice of bailing out or accumilating in dips, which I have been doing so far.
What do others make of it?
