can almost guarantee some delay... if e/thing was sweet the sp would be edging up.
one can sense one piece of bad news here, and we will see one great big dump.
i believe u can smell a rat when the sp stagnates, falls no matter what spin the company produces.
the fact that neo cant even time their announcement with opl reeks of incompetence.
