As much as i hope this can happen, I really don't think they can do that even if they are willing to. Issuing shares at 4c were clearly stated to be used to fund projects. Whatever agreement they signed, it would be stupid for in to not include a clause preventing them to use the fund to buy back shares at a lower price.
I'd say just be patient. One day the price gap needs to be closed. I think even if the resources turn out to be just half of what was estimated, we still have a lot of room for appreciation at this kind of share price.
As much as i hope this can happen, I really don't think they can...
