Actually, in regards to TT-034, I was being too optimistic. Upon looking at the trial design, it is unlikely we will hear anything regarding efficacy until end 2014 early 2015. The readouts that BLT refer to being by end of year will not amount to anything other than safety because they are sub-therapeutic apparently, though we may see some evidence of the ddRNAi being expressed, which may create some buzz.

They may have cured participants from cohort three by mid-2014, but the participants in each cohort are way too small to get overly excited about. BLT may release 12 week data after the last cohort is dosed if they are cured but it will take time to collate all the results anyway. Don't expect too much before 2015.
