It's the publicly funded Environmental Defenders Office again that funded the action. Same idiots that stopped STO's Barossa project dead in its tracks until the courts found the whole case was BS criticising the EDO and those that brought the action for a complete waste of the court's valuable time not to mention taxpayers' money. They should be deemed vexatious litigants but that's not culturally acceptable. I loathe using the "W" word but I'll call it this time.
