    its actually $800k for the first tranche, this is subject to the FIRB which will hand down there decision any day now "The Subscribers’ investment under the Share Subscription Agreement remains subject to approval by the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB). FIRB approval is anticipated to be received by mid April 2016."
    tranche 2 or $2.8mill. is subject to shareholder approval in June.
