For 100,000 booking a month and $250m/12 = $20.8m a month
So for every booking makes profit $20.8m/100,000 = A$208.3 ???, if so TTV will be A$2083, how many of us pay A$2083 (webjet and travel.com.au have 10% revenue margin) to hotel while traveling?
I don’t think the article is correct, no way they can make profit $208.3 every booking, $250m must be TTV, my guess that $19.6m is revenue ($19/$250.6 = ) 7.8% revenue margin is inline with webjet(6.6%) and travel.com.au(10.9%).
Wotif.com is profitable or not, relay on its overhead, but according to webjet and travel.com.au, as long as TTV over $100m. the business is profitable
