good thoughts. I think that option c is less likely or certainly has not occured yet as they would have to inform us if all avenues had been explored and rejected.
So most likely option a, with all parties working towards a result. The time that it is taking to get an answer should reassure us that conversations are still happening which equals a higher probability of a positive path forward.
I do a lot of work in contract negotiations, and when you spend effort and time working on contracts, you rarely want to walk away from that effort with out a win. Thats the key to this i think, CUE are looking for a win (this may just be status quo - which in their books is the win).
Lets hope MEO & Farmin Partner management have the calm demeanor to not get lost in smaller points that have the potential to derail the bigger broader success of the project.
