It just seems convenient that the largest rise (14-3-16) was just before the patents were released (17-3-16) and when asked, OBJ said they knew of no reason for the rise. Either they didn't know or didn't think it was important to inform the markets on the day.
My own opinion was that it was important and could have easily been released as an announcement .
