    Well all in all i think John will negotiate futher with N.
    how many times did BHP offer for RIO??? heaps of times, and they rejected the offer...
    How bout IBA, with the ISOFT aquisition.... ?... now that lasted for 6 or so months of negotiation etc...
    you cant expect something significant like this to always go through easily... there will be hurdles and delays etc.. but at the end of the day i still think they will achieve carbine... IMO. it will take some time now thats all.
