IMO it is just a matter of time before they get speed to a point where it makes no sense to persist with manual bricklaying. It has taken longer than I thought but most things like that do.
The total addressable market is HUGE. MASSIVE.
Every 3D slop printer that has been posted to this forum would be better on the end of a HX boom with DST. All this gantry stuff is slow for setting up and inflexible. HX can just drive up, do its calibration and start.
Maybe FBR should put a slop nozzle on the end of a HZ boom with DST to show the competitors that they can do that better than them.
So what could go right? If blocks don't work, they can swap to a slop nozzle and be better than the rest at it.
