note re the options conversion, our friends at CPS who SUD & BIT management know well recently guaranteed to cover any future shortfall in option conversion for BIT to ensure they get the full $4.7M in the bank. it is possible that CPS will do same for Suda should the outlook remain positive and shares perform.$9M guaranteed would be nice.
