I think $200m market cap equates to a smidgeon under 8 cents. (By the way a smidgeon is the greasy, but very thin, mark left on a road when a steam-roller runs over a dove).

From comments on a few Suda threads it seems a few of us are expecting the company to receive income from option conversion after the share price tops 1.5 cents (God willing) - I don't believe this is correct as the options hold extra value in their time to expiry in the form of leverage and there is an incentive not to convert - better off selling them and buying shares if that's what you want.

A few inexperienced punters will convert early but I can't see why anyone else would, so I can imagine the company waiting another year and a half for those funds.
