I am surprised that they still sent free statements.
Most organizations now charge between 60c and a buck for one, pushing customers to free electronic ones.
I am sure Telstra will join them soon and so you can look forward to eventually receiving letters of demand for unpaid bills, as they exhaust your credit and balance turns negative.
Could you do us shareholders a favor and keep your bill in you pocket and next time you pass a Telstra shop, please drop in and collect your $1.50 before you send us all broke?
You can tell them what you think about their record keeping
while you at it. But please go easy, the person who you going to talk to is not the one who made the mistake.
