All those things that Telstra COULD get into can be done better by smarter competitors outside the telco spot like Google or even, god forbid, Facebook lol.
What I do know is they should bring Big Sol back to fix his transformation project.
I havent had an account with telstra mobile for 3 years yet they still send me without fail a monthly statement that my account is in credit by $1.50.
I wonder if I will get this statement to the end of time? Why dont they write me a cheque for $1.50?
