    Funnily enough I did the same thing myself in the last couple of days and came to the same conclusion i.e. wondering why the share price isn't doing better on the back of positive news. I bought in at 85c early last year, it hit mid 90c range around September, on I think, buy recommendations from a couple of brokers (check out HC UXC posts Jul to Sep) and not done much since except down.

    I've hung on for two reasons, it pays a good fully franked divi and talk/conjecture/rumour, etc that govt/private organisations are going to have spend money upgrading IT sooner or later. I'm holding for now.
