In regards to Office 365, this can generate income through licence commissions and from implementation charges. I'm not sure which Office 365 licensing plan they selected, but O365 is relatively cheap and commissions that Microsoft pays back to partners are just a few dollars per user/month. Beyond Bank has around 600 employees, so let’s say that total commissions are not more than $20K pa, but is easy money without much associated costs. Consulting charges would bring more income, but Office 365 upgrade and migration is pretty routine work. Unless this involved some SharePoint development, my completely ballpark estimate is $60K-80K tops for that project, with margin usually over 50%. But overall this is not really much of a project/profit for the company of this size.

Dynamics CRM licensing is more expensive and commissions are larger, but I doubt it that they deployed CRM for all employees at Beyond Bank so not much revenue from that side. Bigger money in CRM is in project management, customization and possibly support agreements, but without knowing more details on Beyond Bank implementation I can’t help much with the estimate. Margins for this would depend on whether they used local or outsourced staff. AFAIK for Microsoft Dynamics they have decent local team at UXC Eclipse, but the cost is high if they sit idle on the bench for too long – for decent returns, UXC will need to score much more large projects.
