"Who knows?" A question implies too much and no too many people could get the answer until too late.
The EGM is the hopes of a lot small JRV shareholders who dislike the performance of JRV under the current management team, the last hit of the dissident directors, and the last playground to decide if the new MD would be generated.
Could the EGM happen very soon? Seems it would but would EGM produce a new management team? Who knows?
If the new management team is generated, where would JRV go? Hopefully it could focus on the issues to make JRV survival.
It is not easy to get 100 shareholders to act together for one common objectives even in days. So good luck to EGM and all of efforts to make it happen.
