Even the smugglers willnot be risking supplying REE if they have to sell it for no or next to no profit and the legit suppliers willnot be supplying at a loss or no profit for long so their will be a happy mediem reached somewhere only if no one has a monopply on supply and the buyers have a constant reliable supply so market forces will forge a win win for every one and the day that happens make sure you are holding LYC because rorkes rocket theory will apply LOL
