TJ - SYR in their AGM presentation recently have indicated they have reviewed finance options and progressed with this situation. To me that implies they have the situation all in hand but cannot proceed until the mining licence is granted . Which hopefully is only days away. In the past management has indicated they may not need to capital raise and with a 6 month debt repayment once mining has commenced then maybe other options will be the path they choose to take .
